A local artisan boutique will be popping up at Ember+Forge Wednesday nights between Thanksgiving and Christmas! From 4p-7p, customers will be able to stop by the store and shop for the holidays for items made here in Erie!

Applications due Friday, November 16th. A $10 table fee will get you one of five (5) vendor spots available each week. Sharing tables is allowed - please indicate the name(s) of all vendors on this application form if you plan to share a table.

I understand that Ember+Forge is not responsible for the level of response or amount of sales I receive during the events and that no refunds will be given for any reason.
